Ben Affleck & Ana de Armas Break Up, No Longer Dating

It's a sad day for Ben Affleck and Ana de Armas fans as everyone's new favorite Hollywood couple has reportedly called it a day.

A source revealed to People, "Ben is no longer dating Ana ... She broke it off. Their relationship was complicated." Apparently part of the reason de Armas and Affleck split was based on location. Per People's source, "Ana doesn't want to be Los Angeles based and Ben obviously has to since his kids live in Los Angeles."

However, the formerly loved-up couple has apparently parted ways amicably, with People's source saying, "This is something that was mutual and something that is completely amicable." The source continued, "They are in different points in their lives; there is deep love and respect there. Ben continues to want to work on himself. He has three jobs lined up and he’s a solid father at home. They are both happy with where they are in their lives."

The split news may seem sudden to fans, especially as it was reported in December 2020 that de Armas had moved in with Affleck, after listing her own home for sale. Sadly, it looks as though the lovebirds have split up instead.

Affleck and de Armas were together for approximately a year, after meeting on the set of the forthcoming movie Deep Water. The Knives Out actress had even been introduced to Affleck's three children, Violet, Seraphina, and Samuel, whom he coparents with his ex-wife, Jennifer Garner.
