Khlo Kardashian Channels Barbie in Metallic Hot Pink Outfit
Barbie is getting the Kardashian treatment.
Last week, Khloé Kardashian (who is celebrating her 38th birthday today) shared photos of a head-to-toe hot pink outfit that—combined with her highlighted blonde locks—emulated the iconic doll's signature look.
Khloé's monochrome ensemble consisted of a clingy bodysuit from older sister Kim Kardashian's shapewear line, SKIMS, and a pair of metallic hot pink pants from her own brand, Good American. She topped the look off with a pair of metallic pink leather pumps by Christian Louboutin.

Hot pink has been dominating Hollywood's fashion set as of late. Perhaps unsurprisingly, the swath made colorful cameos in Greta Gerwig's highly anticipated live-action Barbie film. Paparazzi photos from set captured leads Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling surrounded entirely by the electric shade.
The color has also taken over runways and red carpets. Valentino creative director Pierpaolo Piccioli doused 40 looks from the house's fall/winter 2022 collection in "Valentino Pink PP," a saturated hue developed by Pantone color specialists. Since, the collection has graced awards ceremonies and festivals, appearing on the likes of Zendaya, Gigi Hadid, Anne Hathaway, and so many more.
"The accumulation of pink elements is such as to eliminate the visual shock to bring out, together, the unique character of the person, expressed by the face and the eyes, and the work on the pieces of clothing," the show notes explained.
Celeb street style, too, is favoring the hot pink trend. Penélope Cruz, Emily Ratajkowski, and Kylie Jenner are just some stars who have recently put their own personal spin on the look.
