Lana Del Rey Is a Goth Ballerina in a Black Floral Dress and Bows at the 2024 Grammys

Lana Del Rey has arrived at the 2024 Grammys looking like a goth ballerina.

The singer—and December 2023/January 2024 Harper’s Bazaar cover star—made her grand red carpet entrance at Los Angeles’s Crypto.com Arena tonight in a sheer little black dress covered in velvet flowers. The gown featured dramatic puff sleeves and an ample skirt. And Del Rey paired it perfectly with plenty of bows: pointy black heels with bows on the front, and a large silky bow on her hair.

She added some subtle sparkle to the monochrome ensemble with large white diamond drop earrings. As for glam, the singer opted for her go-to jet-black cat eyeliner and feminine blown-out hairdo.

She walked the red carpet with good friend Taylor Swift, who looked incredible in a white gown and black opera gloves.

Yesterday, Del Rey wore another all-black look to the pre-Grammy gala held at the Beverly Hilton—a silky number, which she paired with a matching black choker necklace.

The singer’s attendance at the award show tonight also comes days after she teased her new country album, Lasso, which she created with record producer Jack Antonoff in Muscle Shoals, Nashville, and Mississippi. The album is set to debut in September.

Tonight, Del Rey is nominated for Album of the Year and Best Alternative Album for Did You Know That There’s a Tunnel Under Ocean Blvd; Song of the Year and Best Alternative Music Performance for “A&W”; and Best Pop Duo/Group Performance for “Candy Necklace,” featuring Jon Batiste.

Throughout her career, the singer has received 11 total Grammy nominations, but has not won—yet.
