Sandra Bullock and Cate Blanchett Looking Chic On The Set Of Ocean's Eight

Filming for Ocean's Eight has begun, and Cate Blanchett and Sandra Bullock are already hinting that the movie will be a chic one. The costars were spotted on set in NYC with impeccable costumes—a leopard coat here, a relaxed trench there, mixed with stacked-heel boots and even emerald velvet pants.

Ocean's Eight is a female-driven spinoff from the Ocean's Eleven trilogy released in 2001, 2004 and 2007, which was directed by Steven Soderbergh and starred George Clooney, Brad Pitt, Julia Roberts and Matt Damon. The three films grossed more than $1.1 billion worldwide. The all-woman reboot boasts an all-star lineup featuring Anne Hathaway, Mindy Kaling, Sarah Paulson, Awkwafina, Helena Bonham Carter and even Rihanna.

Bullock, 52, and Blanchett, 47, worked on a scene in a New York diner together on Monday.

Blanchett wore a emerald green velvet vest, matching flared pants and a leopard print jacket, while Bullock was channelling Gracie Hart from Miss Congeniality in her trench coat, black pants and boots. Though the costars' appearance offers a mere glimpse at the film, their wardrobes hint that that the heist-based movie will mix great style with girl-power.
