On Monday, Mariah Carey turned 47, and true to form, she celebrated her birthday — or, as she calls it, her "anniversary"– in diva style. The pop icon and her boyfriend, Bryan Tanaka, jetted off to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, where they stayed in a stunning $25 million villa.

The 8,000-square-foot Casa Fryzer, as it is called, comes with all of the diva essentials, including a dining table floating above the pool; a swim up bar; onsite gym and personal trainer/masseur; indoor + outdoor screening rooms; a private yacht (The Adios); gourmet chef, plus a staff of five.
